Finally after searching the internet, mainly nokia.forum.com site I've found working link to the Nokia Developer's Suite for J2me.

a few points ..

The link now seems to work. It's actually directing to NDS 2.2. As far as im concerned nokia had just released it to normal members.

why is nokia so dumb? i think their programmers are not able to meet the high standards of the platform. most of their release code is substandard. for example, to develop c, you need perl & java (1.3 international of all versions). i wouldn't hold my breath on this one.

This is not an Eclipse plugin. Nokia is just promoting their SDK.

NDS 2.2 is out but it is only for "Pro Members" which you have to pay to be one. Is there anyway i could get my hands on it for free? Please email to me at jeffreykhow@yahoo.com

This links through to the NDS v2.1 which doesn't support Eclipse integration (at least not in the installer). Maybe they should have announced the package and released it within the same timeframe. Sounds crazy, but it just might work.
