I can't install it. In spite of the web site's assurance that the plugin in compatible with Eclipse 3.0+, I can't install it on Eclipse 3.3.4. It wants the Equinox P2 plugin, which is part of 3.4.
It really isn't fair to rate this under these circumstances except for the fact that the Web Site (http://propsorter.sourceforge.net/veloeclipse/) gives no other way of contacting the authors to straighten this mess out. Once I am able to install this, I am willing to change my rating.
