Currently, the best I was able to find.
Now it's really comfortable to edit files, although some screen hints would certainly help.
But, why all comments disappear from project.xml and project.properties after editing?

Pretty good plugin but it doesn't go all the way. A view where you can put all the goals you are using and then launch just like the ant view would be great.
